Personal Data
While using web services owned by Via Medica Group companies you may be prompted to submit some personal information through form filling or in other ways. In most cases the requested data are name and e-mail address. In case of product order forms, you will be requested to submit your full personal data for the order to be accepted.
We require only these data that are necessary for the maintenance of web service. Refusal of submission of specific data will block the operation that requires them.
Free Newsletter Subscription
In order to subscribe to the free electronic newsletter owned by VM Group company, it is necessary to submit e-mail address and name in the appropriate form. These fields are obligatory.
Personal data collected in this manner are added to the newsletter mailing list. E-mail address is required to deliver the issues of newsletter to the reader. User name allows us to address the newsletter e-mail correctly.
Ordering of Products
To order products offered through the web sites of Via Medica Group companies it is necessary to submit detailed personal data in the form. Required fields are denoted with asterisk and red.
When paying via credit card or wire transfer the customer service is performed by Platnosci.pl or eCard.pl web services. In this case only Platnosci.pl service or eCard.pl service and the cooperating banks have access to and are responsible for the personal data submitted in the forms. Platnosci.pl forms are stored on the PAYBACK Ltd. servers. eCard.pl forms are stored on the eCard JSC servers. Both forms are encrypted with appropriate technologies that ensure the highest level of security of the bank data.
Unexpected Mailing
Companies of Via Medica Group reserve the right to send unexpected mailing to persons whose personal data are stored in the database and who agreed to Privacy Policy.
Via Medica Group Companies define unexpected mailing as all information that directly correspond to their web services, journals, services and products (e.g. web content changes, internal discounts and bonuses, new and forthcoming products), non-commercial letters (season's greetings, personal comments, etc.) and the commercial information whose distribution was ordered by the customers of Via Medica Group Companies.
The entities who order commercial mailing do not have access to any personal data collected in address databases of the Via Medica Group Companies.
The commercial mailing is filtered as much as possible, its quantity is minimized and it is sent occassionally.
Disclosed Personal Information
Personal data submitted to the web services of Via Medica Group companies while commenting products, bulletin board replies, etc. are visible to all the visitors of the pages that contain these data. Via Medica Group cannot secure you from the individual or commercial users who use these data to send you unexpected information. For this reason these data are not subject to Privacy Policy.

Some areas of web services owned by companies of Via Medica Group may require the use of cookies - small text files sent to web user's PC which identify him in order to simplify or enable requested operation.
